A. If you have already set up an account, login to the iBuildBiz web site with your email address and password and update your preferences. 

Q. How do I unsubscribe to the free listings by email service?

A. Contact us from the email address you used when registering or by phone.  You will receive email correspondence acknowledging receipt.

Q. How do I post a business for sale?

A. Business owners visit the sell a business page.  Business brokers visit the broker services page. 

Q. How many listings can a business broker post?

A. The business broker service includes one hundred free listings. For business brokers interested in advertising additional listings, contact iBuildBiz for details. 

Q. How long does it take for a business listing to post?

A. A submission to post a listing may take up to 24 hours for the information to take affect as we may review information sent for submission before it posts.

Q. How do I revise, edit, or update my listing(s)?

A. Visit the home page using your email account and password to access your account.     

Q. Does iBuildBiz broker deals?

A. No. We bring visibility to the businesses for sale market.  

Q. Does iBuildBiz receive a commission when a business is sold?

A. No. We market, advertise, and promote the iBuildBiz business for sale market. Advertising here provides solutions to bring buyers and sellers together.

Q. How does billing work? When am I billed?

A. Billing applies only to subscribers interested in increasing visiblity.  The Plus Ad option is billed for three months of service from the date of registration.  Fees are paid in full for the term and are not pro rated.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted? 

A. We accept major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Q. Will my account automatically renew and be billed?

A. You will receive email notification prior to expiration of three months of service for Plus Ad option advertising.  Payments are made in advance for service.

Q.  How does iBuildBiz secure my credit card information?

A.  We are dedicated to keeping the information you submit to us safe and secure. Your purchase, credit card information, and personal data are encrypted to prohibit viewing by a third party and secured during transmission when submitting payment online.
